What this guide covers

Use symptom mode for a current issue that still needs triage.
Use condition mode when the disease name is already known or strongly suspected.
Use medicine mode for medication safety, timing, interactions, and side-effect questions.
01

Symptom mode

Start here when the main question is what is happening right now and how urgent the situation feels. This is the mode that helps sort symptoms before care.

02

Condition and medicine modes

Use the condition mode when you want a clearer explanation of a diagnosis, a likely condition, or common next steps. Use the medicine mode when the question is really about a drug, such as whether a side effect fits, how to time a dose, or what interactions to ask about.

If your question changes mid-way, switch modes

It is normal to start with symptoms and then move into a condition or medicine question once the situation is clearer.
