Health Records Feature

Keep measurements and symptom notes together before and after care

The Health Records feature lets you save temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, SpO2, and medication notes together. It is designed to work alongside the symptom tool so that subjective symptoms and objective measurements can be reviewed in one place.

What you can record

Save temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate, SpO2, medication notes, and short daily symptom notes in one flow.

Useful before a visit

A short timeline of fever, blood pressure changes, and medication timing makes it easier to explain the course of symptoms clearly.

Useful after a visit

Continue logging measurements and short notes so you can tell whether things are improving, staying flat, or worsening.

What you can record

Record temperature with a date and time
Save systolic and diastolic blood pressure together
Store pulse and SpO2 in the same entry
Add respiratory rate and a short symptom note
Keep medication names with short notes about timing or effects
Review records together with the symptom triage history

When it is especially helpful

When fever goes up and down and you want a cleaner explanation for care
When you want to review blood pressure or pulse over several days
When you want to track how symptoms changed after taking medicine
When you want objective numbers next to the symptom summary from the top page
